Return Policy
We have a 25-day return policy. You may request a return within 25 days of receiving your item, provided it is in the same condition as when received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us at hello@hushabuyhaven.com before attempting to return any item. Hushabuy Haven and Printify (our print-on-demand supplier) reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, cannot be returned. Returns on sale items or gift cards are also not accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@hushabuyhaven.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. Please contact us at hello@hushabuyhaven.com before attempting to return any item. Custom and Print-on-Demand Products
Our products are made to order. Please ensure all custom details such as design, spelling, color, and size are correct, as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for customer errors. Misprinted, damaged, or defective items may be eligible for return; contact us within 25 days of receiving your order to submit a request. For lost packages, claims must be submitted within 25 days after the estimated delivery date.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized items.
